Q: My registration code does not work. What can I do?
A: Please check software version which you have ordered.
Registration code length is around 176 chars usually. Do not type it manually. Use clipboard to copy and paste your registration code.
If you lose your key and need to re-install the software, just drop a note to support@miklsoft.com (include your registration details) and we will send the key to you again.

Q: How do I register the program?
A: To register the program, you should go to the registration page ( http://www.miklsoft.com/mrenamer/order.html ) and pay for the program. After that, a message with your registration key will be sent to the mailbox you specify. Then open the program and click the "Registration" button in the reminder window. You will see a key input field and a button. Enter your key into this field and click the button “Ok”.
